Massage Therapist

Rell graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy in 2015 before continuing her education at the Hawaiʻi School of Professional Massage, where she completed her massage therapy training in 2019.

Her clinical experience includes volunteer work and internships at private outpatient clinics throughout Oʻahu. Rell has specialized training as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Stretch and Flexibility Coach, earned in 2024. Her areas of focus include deep tissue, medical massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic massage, and myofascial release.
