Co-Owner & Physical Therapist

Cat graduated from Waipahu High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (B.S.P.T.) from Mount St. Mary’s College in 1991. She continued her education at Boston University, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) degree in 2005.

With extensive experience in physical therapy, Cat spent 17 years at Rehab Hospital of the Pacific, where she developed expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, as well as return-to-work programs. Her specialized training includes certification as a McKenzie Therapist, Graston Technique Practitioner, and Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) through ErgoScience and StemWave.

Cat brings a wealth of experience and a patient-focused approach to helping individuals improve their mobility, recover from injury, manage pain and return to the activities and responsibilities that are important to them.
